LEARN from your successes and your failures. Organizations and individuals that have a “learning mindset” tend to adapt to change more quickly and with less organizational pain. In marketing, learning about customers and their needs is essential to developing high-yield campaigns.
ADAPT to the changes you encounter. Forget about perfect, it doesn’t exist. What matters is listening, learning and then adapting.
